The location is excellent! Cervical pillows are good, and the in‑room music is nice. The breakfast is nonexistent – only bread, jam, and pre‑cooked noodles. The sink in the room is awkwardly placed outside the bathroom, and there is no support surface. The bed is uncomfortable.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, close to two metro stations, both a few minutes’ walk away, which made our travel a lot easier. There is also a Seven‑Eleven next to the hotel. The front‑desk team was very kind and attentive. I had a lost suitcase during the trip, and they promptly gave me all the support needed, which made a big difference at that moment. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Music (A), which is comfortable for two people and offers everything we needed for the stay. Breakfast is simple but practical and meets our needs. The only improvement would be better towel replacement; although the reservation was for two people, most days there was only one towel available, so we had to ask the front desk for an extra one.

The location is great! The area around Namsang, Insadong, and the cafés and craft shops is all within walking distance, and Gyeong‑bok‑gung and Gwanghwamun are also nearby. Myeong‑dong and Dongdaemun are 15–20 minutes by subway. It’s the best spot for sightseeing. I also discovered the airport bus stop is close, and I used it – it was very convenient. The facilities are minimal, with no extra stuff, which keeps the price reasonable for me (though some may find it insufficient). The dresser area was a bit narrow, and I wish there were more outlets around the dresser.

I didn’t find anything good here. The room was tiny, and the bathroom—shared with the toilet—was constantly damp and not separated at all.
