Although the rooms are a little outdated, they’re very comfortable. The location is excellent. The hotel could use a bit of refurbishment, and the rooms don’t meet 5‑star standards; I think the rating is due to its large conference and wedding presence.

“A superb hotel.”

This hotel was marvellous. The high level of service and professionalism displayed by all the hotel staff impressed me during my stay. My room was always kept spotlessly clean. And the location of the hotel itself was great. It is within walking distance of Osaka-Umeda and Nakatsu stations, which is very convenient for transport. Yet the hotel is situated in a quiet and charming locale, which affords guests a very restful and comfortable stay. My favourite aspect of my stay was actually the morning breakfast at the western restaurant, because I looked forward to the absolute professionalism and kindness of all of the restaurant staff there. I will remember my stay at this hotel fondly
