“Just don't.”
Nothing positive. The place was awful, though there was a cute dog. The rooms were filthy: sheets had been slept on, the toilet bowl was dirty, and the microwave was… you guessed it, dirty. The staff were rude; I first thought the toilet was the issue, so I cleaned it, only to be scolded by a male receptionist. Then we discovered the soiled sheets. We were moved to a new room, but we couldn’t check in right away because we had show tickets, and when we returned late, the sheets still hadn’t been changed (the beds were made but the sheets were untouched). The entire place smelled awful. We slept on the single beds that looked clean, but the clothes were on them. I called management the next morning (the after‑hours number didn’t answer) and they told me I should have raised the issue earlier—again, very rude. They never addressed the problem or offered a refund, despite many photos. Very disappointing.
“The unit was clean and comfortable.”
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was that there was only one basin for personal use and washing up.
“Basic, but clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet.”
I stayed in a King Room that had been renovated and had all the basics. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillow felt a bit hard. I was surprised at how quiet the room was, given that the motel sits on a busy road. It was more than adequate for a one‑night stay—clean and comfortable.
The place was clean, close to everything we needed, and near restaurants. The only issue was the steps.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but people in the room next to us were noisy.
