Location was excellent, to room was spacious and clean , the concierge was exceptional. Most of the staff did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate, the restaurant although stated in internet open till 23.00 it was closed at 22.00 so we could not eat

The staff are very helpful with excellent communication. The location and room were great for the price. Nothing else to mention.

It was my first time in Chengdu city, and I didn't expect so much from it. The hotel interior is old but centrally located with great convenience. It's excellent for shopping, food, and everything nearby. The beds are clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast is very busy but the staff are friendly, and the buffet offers a variety of sections that highlight both quality and great variety from side dishes, beverages, and desserts. They supplied enough bottled water. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful, grateful time with my husband during our two nights in Chengdu, Sichuan, staying in a modern high‑rise near shopping and the city center where all essential daily services and infrastructure are within a short walk or drive. The hotel breakfast buffet offered great breads with standard and excellent value. We stayed in room 15F, which was clean with fresh pillows and very comfortable beds. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with all enquiries, and they provided enough bottled water. We highly recommend this place.
