The pool and the staff are the best, super attentive and friendly, and the location is also excellent. The hotel is old, though, and some equipment doesn’t work well, like the air conditioning and the room fridge.

The resort sits in a nice spot, about 30 metres from the Nil River between the Luksor and Karnak entrances, and the staff were very helpful; the reception ladies were especially kind and tried to assist with everything. However, the property felt old – the furniture, doors and toilets were all worn out, only the bases had been replaced and they were hard but looked good; overall it felt like an outdated hotel, so couples might find it below their expectations. We were two men and managed fine, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again with my partner.
