The room did not match the pictures or the description at all. The entire accommodation was dirty, partially moldy, and in an utterly unhygienic state. The bed linens smelled unpleasant, there was no hot water, and there were no smoke detectors in the room, which is a serious safety issue. I even fell ill during my stay. Given the mold and unhygienic conditions, I have serious concerns that the accommodation may have harmed my health. My complaints were ignored, no one took responsibility, and no solution was offered. I believe this place should be reported to the local authorities and the health department, and the missing smoke detectors should be inspected by the responsible agency. Offering guests a place in such a state is irresponsible. This is not just about cleanliness; it’s about health and safety. I am utterly disappointed and strongly advise against staying here.

“Terribile”

The only positive thing was the proximity to Cannstatter. Everything else was bad: you have to pay the tourist tax through a link that looks suspicious. Self‑check‑in was inconvenient, the place was dirty with a constant smell of Indian cooking, parking was paid and unguarded, and the staff were poorly trained. We didn’t trust the on‑site breakfast, so I can’t judge it, but the single working outlet in the room was fine.

Nothing. I could live with the fact that the room is in a pretty bad (worn) condition. But apparently the sheets aren’t changed after each guest. I can’t recommend this hotel.

The neighborhood feels cozy, the rooms are small, but you get what you pay for. I wish there had been a double bed.

“If you can avoid this and pay extra 10€ elsewhere, do it! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to.”

The only perk is its spot right next to the train station. The extra 3 € sleeping fee is insane; it feels more like a sex house than a hotel. Why pay more when I've already paid? That should have been disclosed before booking.
