We enjoyed staying at Vila Galé; every staff member was friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The room was great, quiet, comfortable with a superb shower, and the restaurants and drinks were top quality. The Wi‑Fi signal was terrible, constantly fluctuating and almost impossible to use.

The hotel was excellent, the beach amazing and the staff welcoming; my stay was outstanding. The only thing I missed was sachets of salt and canned soda, but that doesn’t hurt the hotel’s quality.

The facilities were good, everything very clean, the room comfortable with a nice bed, and I liked the huge number of chairs and umbrellas at the pool area and on the beach sand. The sea was fine for swimming at low tide, and the pool and leisure area were excellent. The downside was having to pay for the heated pool, the TV didn’t offer Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc., the food was plentiful but not very tasty, the coolers with water, beer and soda around the pool were emptied without needing to order from the bar, and there were no porters to retrieve luggage from the rooms.

I liked the infrastructure because it has a large pool and a spa with an indoor heated pool. I also appreciated the comfort of the accommodation. It would be better to have more showers at the pool.

The hotel’s structure is fantastic. The rooms in the first block face the “club” side, so even at a lower volume, the night can still be noisy.
