Close to the train station and main sights, in a quiet neighbourhood with bars nearby. The room was clean, had air conditioning and a fridge. The lack of flexibility was frustrating: I could only enter the room at 14:01 even though I had asked a week in advance if I could come a little earlier, and the room was ready for several hours; I simply waited in front of the door while the cleaning staff couldn't do anything. They were inflexible even though I had released the room five hours before the deadline.

The location was great, with many restaurants and bars nearby and very close to SETAS. Nothing really, the room would be snug for two people but for a single traveler it was fine.

1. Pre-arrival communication is on time and helpful! 2. Space of the room is surprisingly spacious! 3. Excellent location, accessible and not noisy!. No elevator (or not clearly stated in the description, or I may have just missed it)
