“Bardzo polecam!”
Very clean, comfortable, and great communication with the owner. The only small issue was the very thin walls—there’s a lot of sound.

The location makes it easy to get around the central area (and even to the fair outside), and the owner let us bring our luggage in for pre‑check‑in. All procedures are handled online with a modern ease and efficiency. The only negative was that the bathroom lacked some furniture or shelves, but everything else was clean and new.

I was impressed by the prime spot and the reassuring security, and the room and bathroom were spotless, though I still had to request extra pillows and an iron.

Its proximity to both the city centre and the train station was spot‑on, everything you need was within walking distance and there were several bus stops nearby for longer trips; breakfast came from a café across the street where the coffee and croissants were delicious, just don’t wait until 10 am or you’ll run out of seats; checking in with the code was smooth and hassle‑free.

The place sits right in the heart of Bologna, just a 5 to 15‑minute walk from every attraction and culinary delight, and everything else was actually fine.
