Overall, my experience was good, but I did have some trouble with the room key. My companion and I had to try multiple times before we could finally enter our room, which was a bit frustrating.

I found this to be an excellent place to stay in Zacatecas, with no major issues to report.

The location was convenient, but I had some issues with noise. It felt more like a motel, and I could hear a woman in her room, which was quite distracting.

The staff were friendly and provided good service, but the hotel could use some remodeling. Additionally, I had a poor experience with the parking lot attendants, who seemed quite disagreeable.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster, thanks to the excessive noise at night that made it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the valet parking attendant was incredibly rude and demanding. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
