The room layout was fine: the bed wasn’t against the door, there was a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, and even a small espresso machine. The shower was a major disappointment; we couldn’t shower without repeatedly turning the tap on and off a hundred times because the drain was clogged, and the water barely flowed. The whole bathroom flooded, and nobody answered our calls. The toilet was broken, the bed had two separate mattresses with a annoying notch in the middle, and the hair dryer we saw listed when booking was missing. We arrived and had to call and wait for a room number and key code. Netflix on the TV didn’t work—an old version that wouldn’t update, and the TV kept freezing. The toilet was broken, and when we leaned back on the bed the light switches jammed and didn’t respond. We only asked for the shower to be fixed, waited until lunch to send a message instead of late at night, and they ignored us until we wrote this review.

I stayed for one night with the kids in two rooms, and the hotel met our expectations in terms of location and definitely provided everything we needed.

The bathroom and toilet were spacious, the bed was comfortable, albeit a bit too soft for my liking, the room was clean, and the service was exceptional in every way I requested. The location was also fantastic. However, it took a while for the hot water to arrive, and I had to fiddle with the faucets, thinking the boiler wasn't working. The window had a faulty insect screen, and the kitchenette had a coffee set but no coffee machine or kettle.
