A lot. Alex and his dad were super friendly and helpful, and we could chat well in English. In the mornings they even offered a tasty extra coffee. The room was pretty and very clean, the beds comfortable, and there was an outdoor cooking area with good equipment. The garden was well maintained. We loved the view into nature and especially the river access. It’s quick by car to Baile Herculane, the springs, and the hiking spots we found great. If you don’t want to be in the middle of the tourist bustle, this is exactly the place.
