The rooms were spacious and the location was safe; breakfast was okay. The baby cot was requested many times but only delivered on the last night after several requests—staff could be more proactive, otherwise everything was fine.

Location and general service levels were fine. thats' all to talk about. staff was overall good and hospitable. Room was run down, we upgraded our room to a suite for comfort and space, but did not have hot water through the 3 days of our stay. There was some pipe issue which took long to resolve. Facilities are overall run down. The in room dining quality was poor, we got sick after their lunch. However, the buffet breakfast was reasonable. Overall the property was not Mariott standard, did not meet our expectations

The property was very well maintained and the staff made us feel like family; every detail was listened to patiently. We requested early check‑in and, even in peak June, we only had to wait 10 minutes for the room cards. I’d recommend staying here for the brand, the service, and the friendly staff. Dinner was customized for our low spice tolerance. The breakfast area felt slow and had a few mistakes that could have been avoided, but I still give it full marks.
