They serve a great breakfast and the staff are friendly. The description says the pool and loungers are included in the price, but that’s not true – the pool is public, the photo they use is from a neighboring hotel, and if you want the loungers you have to buy a drink, which is pricey for a whole day. It’s misleading.

The location is excellent in Nungwi Tourist Town, just a minute from the beach, and the breakfast is on the rooftops of Nungwi. The bathroom is spacious and clean. A beach bar (not part of the hotel) is available for loungers, food, drinks, massages, etc. The place is generally well‑located, but it’s hard to find on your first visit. The rooms on the top floor are very noisy from above, especially early in the morning. There is no private beach section with loungers, and the breakfast only offers three items, which is too few.

I didn’t like anything. The area and the hotel itself are not what the pictures show, so it’s false advertising.

The owner was very eager to make our stay pleasant, giving tips, asking about us, and offering help. He was friendly but not intrusive, which was great. Getting to the place is a bit difficult to drive to or find.

Jan (the owner) and the staff were excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed. He even offered us a free drink with him one night. The hotel is cleaned daily with fresh towels and breakfast is served every morning. It’s super comfortable. There’s nothing to complain about. If you’re looking for a hotel with a pool, you might want to go elsewhere, but we didn’t need one. The beach is about a 30‑second walk away.
