I did not stay there and want a dull refund please check the email trail between me and them they are giveing full refund .they were nit there to exept me at 01.00am on the 3rd could not gain access then arranged access at 9am the 3rd still no reception and nightmare .I buried my mother and this is not acceptable take this first Knox off booking .com.yiu can not leave after 16.30 each day and check the I fo trail .I expect a full refund and 8 am considering legal action against the guest house .completely 7nexeptabke and unprofessional!!!😡😡😡. Read the correspondence!!!
