“Stay here! Everything was great! Rooms were clean and theres a great outdoor hot tub!”

We booked this last minute and everything was great! The room was very large, clean and comfortable, and I’d definitely stay again. Joe, the owner, gave excellent restaurant recommendations and was very helpful.

“I will stay here again.”

It was quiet and you could open the windows for fresh air. The location was perfect—you could walk to a shopping area with restaurants. The room was the Queen Suite and had plenty of space to spread out. Super comfy!

“Quaint property with good sized rooms in a convenient location in the heart of Winter Park.”

The room was spacious and cozy, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Walking to nearby attractions was easy, and the patio was lovely, especially with hummingbirds fluttering around. The only downside was the steep interior stairs, which required careful navigation.

“Very pleasant, was everything we needed for a night in Winter Park!”

The location was convenient and the continental breakfast was pleasant. However, our room (#7) got extremely hot—almost 80 °F inside without using the fan, even though it cooled down at night. The towels had a slight musty smell, probably needing a vinegar wash now and then.
