Martin at the front desk was happy, helpful, and friendly; the hotel is just a two‑minute walk to Starbucks and other eateries, fast‑food spots, and retail stores, and it’s easy to reach the freeway—though it’s not a speedway. Parking and Wi‑Fi are free and plentiful, but the lobby is small, the front desk is closed from 2300 to 0600, and there’s only one elevator for the upper floors. The grab‑and‑go breakfast includes coffee, muffins, and granola bars, but at 0700 only coffee and three granola bars remained, there’s no ice machine, housekeeping is limited, there’s only one bar of soap per room, the shower pressure is weak, and the same granola bar wrapper was found in the elevator for two consecutive days.

The location was great, but on the first night someone tried to break into room 107. I had the locks on, yet the two men had a key and left after yelling in the hallway. The front desk seemed worried but didn't explain anything to me, and they reissued my keys. The next day those keys didn’t work, so I felt unsafe.
