“SI quieres algo muy económico, sin ningún nivel de lujo... este es!”
Hummmmmm… good service, the person who attended me was very attentive and friendly. She helped me get an acceptable room. The hotel is located in the center of Ipiales, but there is a lot of noise at night and the view looked into the interior of the building, which was visually uncomfortable. The bed had a mattress covered in plastic that made noise every time I moved even a little.
“A Comfortable Stay”
The guest found the hotel to be extremely comfortable, but no specific details were provided about their stay.
“A Central Hotel with Friendly Staff”
The guest was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's central location, friendly staff, and comfortable, clean accommodations, and appreciated the staff's helpfulness during their first visit to the area.
“A Complete Disappointment”
Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and we felt like we were being treated like animals. The hotel's poor service and treatment of guests made us regret our decision to stay there.
“A Wonderful Stay in a Convenient Location”
The guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay, appreciating the hotel's convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff, and would happily return.
