I stayed two nights here, and compared it to many similar hotels, the staff at Pamuk Ciyh Hotel were excellent—thanks for the great service, keep up the good work.

The location is good, but the rooms are lacking.

I wasn’t allowed to stay, and there was zero communication. The manager was rude, and there was no communication at all.

The hotel is in the city center with good Wi‑Fi, but the small room had old, broken, and poorly maintained furnishings; it hadn’t been renovated in a long time. To use the toilet you had to turn the handle, there was no window, and the wall had damp or mold.

The hotel is very central, walking to everything takes 5–15 minutes. Unfortunately the bathrooms are very small, only the suite’s bathroom is somewhat large, so a wheelchair just barely fits in.
