静かで落ち着けた。. 雨のため長くフロントロビーで待機したので、その際にスタッフの方に対して感じたことです。宿泊客が出かける際に何て言ってるの？「いらっしゃいませ？」しかもとても早口で。よく聞くといらっしゃいませではなく「行ってらっしゃいませ」だった。それを理解した後でも「いらっしゃいませ」にしか聞こえない。『て』とだらしなく伸ばした『ませぇ〜』しか耳に残らない。これじゃ鮮魚店みたいだなと。もっとゆっくり丁寧に言わないなら何も声掛けしない方がいいのにと感じました。 それと私は２泊で清掃不要を希望でしたが、そのカード(札)が室内にありませんでした。
