1. It’s about 7 km from Arau City and 3 km from Kangar. 2. I’ve stayed here several times because the location and the spacious, comfortable rooms suit me well. 3. Parking is easy right in front of the motel, first‑come, first‑served. 4. Room rates can be paid in cash (RM) at check‑in. 5. Basic amenities like a kettle, TV, prayer mat, glasses, cups, and plates are provided in the room for guests. 6. In the lobby near the lift, there’s a sofa and table for relaxing with friends and family, plus a Coway water dispenser for free drinks. 7. Below the lobby is a café where guests can buy food and drinks. 1. There’s no mini‑fridge in the room, making it hard to keep drinks or food. 2. The water pressure is very low, so showers feel unsatisfactory. 3. The TV condition is quite poor; it might be time to replace the TVs in some rooms.
