The staff were quiet, friendly, and the highway access was easy, but the shower had no hot water, the pillows were less comfortable, and the room was not as clean as it could be.

The place was clean, but there was no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy bag up the stairs.

The spot was great and the hotel welcomed dogs. This was my first trip with a dog. The dog‑friendly room had a full carpet and there was a noticeable odor coming from it. No dog‑friendly room should have carpet; it needs to be removed.

One of the cooks was compassionate and kind, she had a nose ring if you want to spot her. She knew I was celiac and had limited choices at the buffet. She made sure I got sausages when there were very few left because the oven was broken. The office staff were great. The printer available to guests stopped working just when I needed to print the Vital Statistics form after my dad had just died. They were very responsive and tried to comfort me. I am celiac, so my breakfast options were quite limited. I stayed for two weeks. I could eat the eggs, sausage or bacon, and the yogurt. The oven broke and it took a very long time to cook the sausages. After a while, only fat‑free yogurt was left – not my favorite. After two weeks, the saltiness of the eggs and meat became hard to handle. But I was going through a tough time.
