The hotel’s only positives were its location and the breakfast; the transfer service was advertised but they said it wasn’t available, which ruined our start. I didn’t like the hotel’s cleaning because it isn’t done daily, which is very bad; the lack of an elevator and the high floors make it exhausting, so you have to be careful; we also couldn’t use the pool, and the bathtub in the room was missing even a tap, so we couldn’t use it either.

The only thing good was the location; there is no elevator, the reception is on the second floor, and when we arrived no one helped us with our luggage. My room had a balcony on the fifth floor and we were exhausted from the stairs; the next day the room was changed, but when I left I had agreed with a reception staff that I would check out at 1 pm, yet the opposite happened, and all kinds of disturbances occurred at 12 pm, even the room‑service staff opened the door and entered while I was sleeping, and when I woke up they told me I had a check‑out.

“Baku na weekend w październiku.”

The place has a view of the main boulevard, a sauna on request, and a large room; the receptionist, who sprayed, didn’t help with the early lunch, breakfast was all cold, they don’t seem to know how to remove stone in the bathroom, the TV in the room doesn’t work, and it feels like nobody checks the details that affect the hotel’s rating.

“plz do not choose this hotel”

A good position but it is the only positive thing of this hotel. I paid, I checked in and then I checked out about 1 hour later. really can not stand the bad smell in the room making me feel sick and the big noise from opposite building's AC. So I checked out immediately even if they refused to refound me 1 night cost
