Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about.

I was impressed by the staff’s willingness, even though only a few could speak Spanish; most were friendly, but a few got annoyed when I asked for help. The food at the beach bar was always the same, just like the offerings by the pool.

The staff were always ready with a smile and the food was fantastic. However, the toilet was clogged, required two separate fixes, and even after the service I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, yet no one came.
