The amenities were great and the heated pool was a highlight, but the floor in the rooms was a little stained.

Sophia was amazing and made our stay feel special, and Nick was great too—thanks a ton, we’ll definitely return. The only downside was the awkward process when we were leaving.

The place was very pretty and on-trend, but the pool opened too late and the jacuzzi wasn’t functioning.

Everything was fine except for the checkout routine: the room was cleared at 10 am even though checkout was at 11 am, which made us feel rushed and invaded our packing time.
