The area on this Hail island was nice and the spacious complex, but the hotel layout was very tangled, the lifts often didn't work, the rooms were very worn, the breakfast matched a 3‑4 star hotel and was mediocre, the reception couldn't give me a hotel bill, they promised to send it in the afternoon and it still hasn't arrived the next day, the price/value ratio was off, and it was far overpriced for these desolate conditions.
