The room was very comfortable, and since we were the only guests it felt nice. We enjoyed everything, and the staff were very friendly! It’s a little noisy—you can hear everyone else. Otherwise, nothing else.

The location and parking were fine. The building is still being worked on, which I usually appreciate, but the double bed had only single quilts! The electric went off, and the showers were cold. The worst part was breakfast: I walked in and it felt like someone’s kitchen. My friend was standing eating a slice of toast while a few seats surrounded a breakfast bar, an old small table, and two chairs. Next door was a room with an old‑fashioned sofa and chair, a vacuum on the floor, and blades on the mantle where they were doing work and leaving tools around. A few of us and another couple in a different party left to go out and get breakfast.

The spot was great, a big clean room and a good breakfast spread, plus convenient car parking. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and some updates.

The location and parking were excellent, the host was polite and guided us to the room, and the bed was comfortable. However, the kettle tripped the switch so we couldn’t brew tea, there were no hand towels, the double bed had two single quilts, and the room was cluttered with too many cupboards—definitely not like the photo. The shower was cold, and for breakfast there was no table or enough chairs, forcing us to stand while eating toast; we ended up going elsewhere to eat so everyone could sit around a table.
