The location is perfect! Clean, comfortable, with a convenient mattress. Breakfast is tasty. The staff are friendly. There is a large parking lot for cars. The café on the first floor is great.

We stayed here several times while passing through Ternopil. The hotel is clean and tidy. Dogs are allowed, but rooms are only on the first floor where the floor is tiled; other floors have carpet. There's an extra charge for pets and military discounts. The administrators are very polite and pleasant. Parking is available and we never had trouble finding a spot. In the room, there are bottled water, clean bedding, and towels. The hotel looks new. The bathroom has a minimal set of toiletries and a hair dryer. Breakfast is included and features a Swedish buffet with plenty of pastries, fruit, juices, tea, coffee, vegetables, fresh and cooked items. There is always cheese and cold cuts, and you must have a side dish like buckwheat or pasta. Eggs, stewed meat, sausages, pancakes, vegetable salads, milk, and cereal are options. The breakfast is tasty. Check‑in is 24/7; we even booked two hours before arrival twice and everything was fine. The only issue was one night when we got a broken bed: the previous guests had broken the slats on which the mattress lay, so it kept falling to the side when you lay on it. I don't know how the cleaning lady missed it when changing the sheets, but I think it's just an exception, because in all our trips we never had problems.

Convenient location, fresh wall paint in the room, and easy parking. The room doesn’t feel cozy. The mattresses are very soft, so sleep isn’t very comfortable, which is critical because you stay at the hotel on the road for the sake of sleep. The coffee at breakfast is very low quality, and the breakfast area staff are not friendly.

До отелю зручний під'їзд.Рядом є АЗС.Розташування рядом з атомобільною дорогою,так що буде доноситись шум.Є ліфт!!!Гарний і смачний сніданок.Зручне ліжко. В барі малий вібір страв та напоїв!!!
