I appreciated the quiet and the quality of service; the receptionists were very polite, and the room was spotless and well organized with plenty of power outlets and efficient lighting. The only downside was the breakfast, which was very simple with limited choices—just cake, bread, a few fruits, juice, milk, and coffee—yet it was enough to satisfy basic hunger.

The staff and bedding were good, but after several stays the maintenance and cleaning have become disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was clogged and barely produced water, and the towel left was torn.

The room was very close to the kitchen, so the smell of frying was strong and lingering. The bedding was dirty and stained.

Paid $408 for the stay, only to find the same room listed at the hotel for about $150. The price gap was shocking and left me feeling ripped off – I don’t think it’s worth booking through third‑party sites.

“Superou minhas expectativas, nada de muito luxo mas superconfortavel e ótima estadia”

The room was surprisingly comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was solid, there were plenty of TV channels and the food was top‑notch. On the downside, the lounge area felt cramped and there was never any coffee available at the front desk.
