The stay was beautiful and relaxing. Everything I liked, I wish they could open a small spa.

The view is fantastic. Nothing else to add, everything was arranged perfectly.

Bangkok was flooded on the day I arrived, airport services were crippled, and my check‑in was delayed by about four hours, arriving after midnight. Despite that, the staff welcomed me warmly with no complaints. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view and close to a shopping street and a 7‑Eleven for convenience. The only downside was the shower water heater controls were a bit confusing; the instructions were small and hard to read for my presbyopia, so larger signage would help.

The breakfast staff were friendly. However, when we booked this hotel, the description warned about possible noise from renovation work, but what we experienced was far worse: a full-scale overhaul with cranes, drills, and jackhammers at all hours. We requested a room change, were charged extra, and were moved to the fourth floor, still surrounded by exposed construction with machinery and workers blocking access. On the first night we contacted Booking to ask for a transfer to another hotel, but received no reply. In our view, the hotel should have been closed for such extensive renovations; many other guests complained. Booking should not have listed this property while renovations were ongoing and should have addressed our complaint that night.
