The food was unsatisfactory.

Only two baggy cars were available, making it difficult to get around the resort.

The remote hilltop location was quiet, the room was lovely, and the site was clean and attractive, though there was no gym or spa. Some restaurant staff seemed untrained, possibly due to a language barrier.

The property feels poorly maintained and the staff seem untrained, yet it’s still branded as an IHCL property. The beds were super uncomfortable and the staff didn’t fix the issue. The front desk was clueless and took 30 minutes to process checkout. On the bright side, the location and overall design are good, but the look and feel leave much to be desired.

The only thing that works for me here is the location.
