The location was good. Room service didn’t exist, the extension kept calling, the minibar was empty, and they didn’t explain how to order it.

The service and the room were both very good.

The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff was attentive at all times. Nothing to complain about.

I stayed in a huge room with double beds and a balcony, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub; the hotel was quiet and the parking was available, plus the breakfast was plenty. The staff could have been a bit friendlier and smiled more.
