How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great, and we could park our car in the courtyard. It was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We were contacted via WhatsApp beforehand and even checked in earlier than the online time. The downside was a metal staircase from the annex that was terribly loud all night whenever someone passed by. The kitchen wasn’t part of the room; it was a shared space that was nowhere near and quite annoying.

The train station is a 5‑8 minute walk, and the Velence train is 8 minutes away. There’s a café nearby. From the room, you won’t find anything beyond the basics. The breakfast was very rich. Within two days, four police interventions occurred against the black market (three to four armed police cars, 6‑8 armed police on occasion). The host was not a friendly guest. The kitchen only looks good on the front page.

The air‑conditioning works well. The beds are clean and comfortable. It’s close to the train station and has private parking. The surrounding area is dirty, with a foul sewage smell, and the view from the window is of a “spacerniak.”

The staff were super friendly and helpful, accommodating our needs and very responsive via WhatsApp. The only problem was mosquitoes and some Psychodidae. After we killed them the first night, there were no more issues.
