The location was great and the balcony was modern and beautiful, but the coffee machine was complicated and did not work well. Breakfast consisted of pre‑packaged items with no fresh fruit.

The location was excellent, right at the entrance to Sassi di Matera, and it was very quiet. The terrace offered a fantastic view where you could enjoy breakfast. Getting into the apartment was simple and hassle‑free.

It was convenient to the old city, clean and tidy, and the balcony offered a view of the river. The breakfast supplied was only dried toast and a bun, which was very limited.

The room was modern, comfy and spacious, and the terrace was huge with stunning ravine views. Walking to the historic old town takes just five minutes, and there’s plenty of street parking right in front of the hotel and on nearby streets. However, checking in was a hassle – we had to keep calling while waiting on the street, and the only way to get a response was through Booking. The ceiling in the room had many small dead bugs, some already dusted, so they must have been there for a while.
