Location was fine, but the owners deliberately mix photos of huts with very different standards to mislead buyers. After paying a non‑refundable fee, they only then provide a four‑page contract that imposes absurd restrictions—like forbidding any cloudiness in the outdoor pool water under threat of forfeiting the deposit. I believe everyone can set quirky rules for their property, but they should be disclosed BEFORE payment so guests can decide whether to accept them. I’m attaching screenshots of the policy so everyone can judge for themselves. I definitely don’t recommend this place—its fake owner is worse than any flaws in the apartment.
