“Wouldn’t stay here again!”

The room itself wasn’t bad; it was actually pretty good. However, the elevators were out of order, and my son’s bad knee made climbing the stairs tough. The front‑desk girl offered to move him to the first floor, but the AC in that room didn’t work, the ice machines were broken, and the security gate was also non‑functional.

“It’s a nice place to stay unless it’s a holiday weekend or there’s a power outage.”

The hotel was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was a holiday weekend and we were celebrating our anniversaries (ours and our best friends’). The staff was light because they had let them off for the holiday, so the bar never opened at all. The worst part was that we were on the fourth floor; the lights went out briefly, and at checkout at 12 pm the elevators still weren’t working. All four of us had to carry our luggage and other items down four flights of stairs. Very inconvenient and painful, especially since I’ve had both knees replaced and my husband’s one. Carrying extra weight down the stairs was a real struggle.
