Despite some initial issues, my stay was generally pleasant, with attentive staff and a clean room. However, I was delayed in getting my room for over two and a half hours, and I was unable to access the spa due to a policy that didn't make sense to me. Additionally, I was charged for parking, which seemed unfair since I had paid for my room. To top it off, some personal belongings were left behind in my room and never returned.

I appreciated the spacious room, but unfortunately, the view from my window was quite limited. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and found the room to be a comfortable retreat. However, I wish I had a better view to take in during my downtime. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not without its drawbacks.

While I enjoyed the gym and the warm pool, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The suites on the top floor had a persistent food smell that was overwhelming, and we had to change rooms due to the noise from the street. The rooms were also poorly designed, with no closet space and nowhere to hang towels. To make matters worse, the staff seemed poorly trained and struggled to provide good service.

My stay was made wonderful by the hotel's fantastic location, delicious food, and incredibly helpful bilingual staff. However, I did encounter a bit of an issue with the shower, as I struggled to get the hot water running. Despite this hiccup, I found the hotel to be a great choice, with many positives that outweighed the negatives.
