I really appreciated how the staff treated us, they were super kind; the facilities were very clean and airy, and both lunch and dinner were first‑class; the pools were spotless and the location was exceptional, so I’ll return often and recommend it to everyone for a welcoming experience.

Everything was very clean and comfortable except for the shower box, which, lacking a slope, flooded the bathroom each time I showered—this only happened during my second stay (App.214); the housekeepers were super helpful and always resolved the issue, but the shower box without safety bars and with a slippery floor made me hesitant to return.
