Hot shower. The old hotel had several leaks at reception, the room door didn’t work with a card—only with a key, and the apartment didn’t match the photos on the site, which is scary!

The staff were friendly and pleasant, but we found mice in our room; the reception didn't surprise us, so the issue repeated itself until they moved us to a different room, which was a relief.
