My stay was marred by a terrible incident that left a lasting impression. Even after making a prepayment, I was handed over someone else's room at check-in time, which was an absolute nightmare. The whole experience was a disaster, and I couldn't believe that such a mistake could happen despite my advance payment. It was a very bad experience that I won't soon forget.
