Good parking, the hotel is a short walk from the ring road.
A friendly lady at the front desk, free parking, and a decent spot just outside Prague were nice touches. The beds were lumpy, the mattress sagged, and the pillows were too firm. Noise from neighboring rooms was constant; at 24:00 I heard the doors creak from the adjacent room as if they were in mine, and at 5:30 guests on the other side of the wall complained loudly about the shower—fixed water is required outside the shower area if you don’t want a cold rinse. I used earplugs but still woke up. The hallway door frame to the room is uneven. The pillows and blanket could use a wash because they smelled faintly. The room window faces a highway exit, so cars are audible from about 30 m away. Dust accumulation in hard‑to‑reach spots was poor, though the bathroom was fairly clean. Other minor issues—no fridge, soap that feels greasy, no water glasses—wouldn't bother me given the price. The room had no carpet, chair, or table. Mostly local workers stayed there.
The accommodation is highly recommended.
I don't like the stale towels.
The location is 15 minutes to Prague city center, and the sports complex focuses on tennis, padel, and pickleball. The staff were friendly.
