“Very rude specily manager Ankit”
Nothing stood out; the service was just awful.

The spot and layout were great, but the hallways and doors were noisy, there were no seats or towels at the pool, and the breakfast was heavily Indian and spicy.

The location of Rain Raga Resort is actually one of its best features, right in the heart of the action. But unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms are seriously outdated and in need of a good clean – we had to wait until we'd checked in to get our room sorted, and even then, the keys were nowhere to be found. The water was leaking in through the balcony door, making the whole stay pretty uncomfortable.

I was really looking forward to enjoying the stunning views from my room's balcony, but what I got was a plastic sheet covering it up. It was a major letdown, especially considering the hotel's beautiful location. However, things only got worse from there - the bed sheets were dirty, and the night staff was completely unhelpful.

This hotel really hit the spot for me. The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, which made a big difference in my stay. The food in the restaurant was also top-notch, with generous portions and a great selection of dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. My only gripe was the noise from the nearby street, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, though, I'd definitely stay here again.
