The place was very clean, and the shower water was pleasantly hot. They let us drop off our luggage before or after the stay. The girl gave us great tips on where to eat and what to see. The only flaw in the bathroom was that one side of the shower glass was missing, so a lot of water leaked out, but it will probably be replaced.
