How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was very good, the rooms were very large and quiet, and breakfast could be enjoyed at one of the many nearby cafés. The bathroom is brand new. The only drawback is that both rooms are corridor rooms, although they are very, very spacious.

The hotel’s location is extraordinary – right in the Nollendorfviertel, with public transport and bars within walking distance. The neighbourhood is an experience and definitely worth visiting. The apartment is large and has all the essentials, plus a small garden with seating. After a renovation it will probably look and feel even better, and the neighbours are more suitable for good, secure sleepers.

The owners are the nicest you’ll find and were happy to make things more comfortable. The location is great if you want to spend time in Schoenberg, just a corner from the gay bars, shops, restaurants, and cafés. It’s well connected and close to the U‑bahn for city or eastward club access. The value for money is high compared to other options in the area during CSD. A renovation is ongoing, which means many of the main hotel amenities are currently unavailable – we weren’t aware of this and should have been notified beforehand.

The location is especially good and very quiet. I booked a small room, but it was clean and comfortable. The host was nice. The room had no sunlight.

The host was very nice, the breakfast was very plentiful and well‑prepared, and the transport connections were excellent. On the last day there was no breakfast because of construction, but the host recommended a very good café right around the corner, so it was only half as bad.
