“伊東豊雄建築を自然とともに味わう”

The location was peaceful and beautiful even during the Golden Week. Staying in a building by Toyo Ito and being close to Ryusuke Sueyama’s work made me very satisfied. At night, when the rain stopped, moonlight poured through the punching‑metal windows and it was gorgeous! I also enjoyed the magazine on the desk that featured articles from the time the building was constructed. The furniture choices matched the building well. Unfortunately, the bed was too short and narrow, so the sleep quality suffered.

“Need significant improvements with the basic facilities”

The architecture was impressive, but the facilities were poor: no curtains on any windows, even though curtain tracks were present.

“Wonderful experience, sleeping in a masterpiece!”

The setting is unique; Toyo Ito’s house is a true masterpiece. Every detail feels like a precious gem, and spending a night there is thrilling. It might help to have more kitchen utensils such as plates and pots, and a small card with local activities and restaurants would be useful.

A lovely spot in summer with beautiful furnishings, but the winter was freezing cold, the bathroom had no heating so the shower was unusable, and it would have helped to have some cooking equipment.
