From the moment we walked in, the staff was wonderful. The facility was nice and clean. The pool was too cold and even the Jacuzzi was too hot, so we couldn't really enjoy either one. The breakfast was too expensive for what it is.

The staff were fantastic, but more help was needed in the dining‑room area in the evenings. We couldn't get a table or service because the server was really run‑off‑her‑feet with people and orders. The server was nice and apologetic, but we left because one person couldn't handle that many diners all at once. (Maybe a part‑time evening helper?) The room was very good as usual. Breakfast was good. The bed was very good. I have absolutely no complaints except for maybe more evening help in the dining area.

It was close to the airport. Having to pay $16.00 for parking is ludicrous, and having to pay for breakfast when other hotels in the area offer complimentary breakfasts.

The location was great, with easy access to the airport. No complaints.

The proximity to the airport was convenient. It’s old, not super clean, and very loud.
