“Worst ever”

The building looked pleasant from the outside, but once inside the room was the worst place I’ve ever been. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet and chairs, burn holes everywhere, and part of the ceiling was coming off. After paying online, they demanded a security deposit that I didn’t understand, and they wouldn’t give me my room until I paid it. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at many Em hotels; DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. There are plenty of other options nearby. I wish I’d chosen one of those, and I will never return.

“Smelly bed, outdated room decor. I'd pay $25 a night for that room.”

The internet was decent and the price was the lowest I’ve seen, but the bedding was poor; the top comforter had an odd smell with holes and burns, and the replacement had the same problems. My toilet kept having flushing issues, requiring multiple flushes. There was no mini fridge, and overall cleanliness was mediocre, with stains and marks on the walls.
