“Bardzo miły pobyt, super lokalizacja”
The place had a fantastic location, a very good standard, and the staff were extremely accommodating to my companion with a disability—thanks a lot.
The spot was great, but the bathroom felt cramped.
“Comfortable, reasonably priced accommodation in a great location”
The location was excellent, the accommodation was basic but very comfortable, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the price was very reasonable.
The location was good and public transport was easy to reach, and the common balcony offered a nice view. However, the stay was uncomfortable: the bed was lumpy, the pillows were too soft and unsupportive, storage was limited and the furnishings inadequate, and a power socket was in the middle of the bed—watch your head while getting up in the middle of the night. The kitchen was poorly represented: photos showed only a side view, but the sink was extremely small and impractical for normal use. Parking information was misleading: it appeared available at booking, but after payment we were told there were only three spaces on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Staff incorrectly assured us that parking would likely be available around noon and that roadside parking was free. The listing changed after I escalated the issue: only then was it updated to “No parking available.” Had this been stated upfront, the property would not have appeared in my search, as parking was an essential filter. The staff attitude was poor: they were rude and tried to blame instead of taking responsibility, even though the property could have clearly included the parking details in its own description. Overall, the property seemed focused on making money, with little thought or care for guest comfort, transparency, or overall experience.
“I mostly just slept and showered.”
The receptionists were kind and the place is close to the square, but the hallway on the third floor smelled of urine as if it had been poured directly onto the carpet.
