How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to metro stations. The facilities are clean and the theme is nice. I would definitely stay there again. I had to leave early, haha.

The décor is nice. The hot water couldn't be regulated; it came out very hot, and if you added cold water it instantly turned cold, wasting a lot of water, and the shower was not functional for opening it without getting wet or regulating it.

The jacuzzi is literally on another level. They never came to clean the room or change the towels; they only took the wet ones and left just two of the ones that were there.
