The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great value for money and the service was excellent.Mr.Robert in particular was very friendly and helped us a lot. Special thanks to him ❤️ I think it is the best place to relax in Nuwara Eliya. A beautiful place that I would like to come back to

The staff were very polite, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There is hot water. I understand that the building and furniture may be old, but I don’t get why the plumbing can’t be washed. There were only two towels, and we asked for two more; it felt like they were washing the floors, even though the floors weren’t clean. The hotel is on a mountain with nothing nearby, but that’s fine. The worst part is that the dirt could be washed away, and then it would be a decent hotel. I gave a 1 to draw attention to it. I haven’t seen such grime in all of Sri Lanka. It’s also cold, but that’s normal.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well‑maintained, and the bed was very cozy. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient, close to shops and transport. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this hotel. Nothing to add.
